Bakanlığın belkemiğini oluşturan meslek memurları ile konsolosluk ve ihtisas memurlarından oluşan 600 civarında kariyer diplomat hiçbir idari veya adli soruşturma yapılmadan ve savunmaları dahi alınmadan KHK'larla kamu görevinden çıkarıldı.
