Mehmet Demirbas is a former Turkish diplomat and bureaucrat. He worked in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Finance and Prime Ministry. He is an International Business and Trade specialist.  He obtained a MSc Degree in International Business  from the University of Salford and holds a BA in Political Science and International Relations from Bogazici University. His main areas of interest are International Political Economy, the EU Economic and Trade Integration, South East Asian Political Economy.
